Everything we sell is digital: ebooks, printable workbooks, bundles and video courses. Nothing is posted to you. Once your payment is confirmed you'll receive a link to download your files.

No. You just need a valid email address at checkout. Your download links are sent to that address, so please double-check it before paying.

Yes. Add as many titles as you like to your basket and pay for them together in a single checkout.

Yes. Enter your own email at checkout, then forward the download email to the person you're gifting it to. Each purchase is licensed for one reader.

You can pay with a Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card, or directly with supported cryptocurrencies. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, MoonPay Commerce.

At checkout you'll be taken to a secure MoonPay Commerce payment page. Choose to pay by card and enter your details there. Behind the scenes your card payment is converted so that we receive it in digital currency; you simply pay the price shown in pounds. Your card provider may ask you to verify the payment (for example with 3D Secure).

On the payment page, choose to pay with crypto and connect your wallet or send the exact amount shown. Your order is confirmed once the transaction is confirmed on the network, which usually takes a few minutes but can vary with network traffic.

Yes. Payment details are entered on MoonPay Commerce's secure checkout, never on our website. BG Books never sees or stores your full card details.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. If your card is issued outside the UK, your bank may apply its own currency conversion fee.

Because our payment partner settles card payments in digital currency, some banks label the transaction as a digital asset purchase. You are buying ebooks from BG Books Limited; the conversion happens automatically. A small number of banks block this type of transaction. If yours does, try another card or contact your bank.

Your download email is sent as soon as your payment is confirmed. For card payments this is usually within a few minutes. Crypto payments depend on network confirmation times.

First check your spam, junk or promotions folder. If it still hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, contact us with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend your links.

Yes. We recommend saving your files somewhere safe as soon as you download them. If you lose them, email us from the address you ordered with and we'll send them again.

Most titles include both EPUB and PDF. Highly visual books, such as cookbooks, are supplied as PDF only to preserve their layout. The formats included are listed on each book's page.

Each course is delivered as downloadable HD video lessons (MP4), plus PDF workbooks, templates and any bonus ebooks. They play on any computer, tablet or phone, and there are no subscriptions or expiry dates.

Every title listed on the bundle's page, delivered together in one download email, for less than buying them separately.

Yes. Use Amazon's free Send to Kindle service to send the EPUB file to your Kindle device or app. It will be converted automatically.

Our files work on Kobo, Kindle (via Send to Kindle), Apple Books, Google Play Books, and any PDF reader on phones, tablets and computers.

No. Our books are DRM-free, so you can read them on all your own devices. Please don't share or redistribute the files; each purchase is for personal use by one reader.

Because ebooks are delivered immediately, you agree at checkout that your 14-day right to cancel ends once the download is made available. However, if a file is faulty, doesn't match its description or you can't open it, we'll fix it, replace it or refund you. See our Refunds policy.

Contact us within 14 days with both order emails and we'll refund the duplicate purchase.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method wherever possible. For crypto payments, we refund the GBP value of your order at the time of purchase, in the same cryptocurrency, to a wallet address you provide.

We only collect what we need to deliver your order and support you: typically your name, email address and order details. We never sell your data. Read our Privacy policy for full details.
