This website is operated by BG Books Limited ("BG Books", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17212081, with its registered office at 13 Purbeck Court, De Moulham Road, Swanage, BH19 1PA, United Kingdom. You can contact us at bgbookslimited@gmail.com.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every purchase of digital content (ebooks, workbooks, bundles and video courses, together "products" or "ebooks") from our website. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable law.

3. Our products

All products sold on this website are digital content supplied as downloadable files: ebooks and pocket guides (EPUB and/or PDF), workbooks and planners (PDF), bundles of these, and video courses (MP4 video files with accompanying PDF materials), as stated on each product page. No physical goods are supplied. Cover images and photography are for illustration; the content is as described on the product page.

4. Placing an order

When you click to pay, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email with your download link(s). We may decline an order, for example if a price was displayed incorrectly or we suspect fraud, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.

5. Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If we discover an obvious pricing error we will contact you before supplying the ebook.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, MoonPay Commerce. You may pay by debit or credit card or with supported cryptocurrencies. When you pay by card, the payment provider may convert your payment into digital currency on our behalf; you will be charged the GBP price shown at checkout (plus any fees your own bank applies). Your use of the payment page is also subject to the payment provider's terms. We never receive or store your full card details.

7. Delivery

After payment is confirmed we will email a download link to the address you provided at checkout. Delivery is usually within minutes, but crypto payments depend on network confirmation times. Please make sure your email address is correct. If you have not received your download within 24 hours, contact us.

8. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract for digital content. However, because our ebooks are supplied immediately, at checkout we ask for your express consent to begin supply straight away and your acknowledgement that you lose your right to cancel once supply begins. Supply begins when your download link is made available. This does not affect your rights if the ebook is faulty (see section 9 and our Refunds policy).

9. Faulty or incorrect ebooks

Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an ebook is faulty, corrupted or not as described, contact us and we will repair or replace it. If we can't do so within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, you are entitled to a refund or price reduction.

10. Licence to use

When you buy an ebook you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, store and read it on your own devices for non-commercial purposes. Copyright remains with BG Books or the relevant author. You must not copy, share, resell, upload to file-sharing sites, or otherwise distribute the ebook or any part of it, except as permitted by law.

11. Content disclaimer

Our books provide general information and education only. Titles covering finance, health, business or similar subjects are not personalised professional advice. You should seek qualified advice before making decisions that affect your finances, health or legal position.

12. Our liability

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. If defective digital content we supply damages a device or other digital content belonging to you, we will repair the damage or pay you compensation, unless the damage was caused by your failure to follow our instructions or install free updates. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

13. Business customers

If you are buying as a business, the consumer rights described above do not apply, and our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the relevant order.

14. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please email bgbookslimited@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days and resolve them within 14 days.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order applies to that order.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation.
